CHECK-IN
Check-in time is any time after 4pm. A code for the entrance door and a code for our condo will be sent the day of check-in.
PARKING
The parking lot for the building can be used if a spot is free. We have arranged parking in the adjacent public parking deck on the west side of condo. Please use the parking pass that is kept in the holder on the refrigerator. The parking tag should be displayed on the mirror of the car and the plastic card should be shown at every gate even if it is already open. The plastic card can also open the pedestrian door to the deck. Please return the display tag and card to its holder before check-out. Thank you.
The thermostat is located in the hall across from the laundry machine.
USB charging ports are located behind each nightstand and beside the stove.
Extra sheets, towels and blankets can be found in the ottoman and in the laundry closet.
CHECK OUT PROCEDURES
As a reminder, checkout is at 11am on the day your booking ends.
Before you leave, we request that you kindly:
Landlord cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, Hot Tubs, TVs, Satellite Receivers, VCRs, or other appliances. Please report any inoperative equipment to Landlord immediately. Landlord will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. No refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of appliances or equipment. No refunds for early departures (less days than reserved). No refunds will be given for delayed arrival. No refunds for reducing the number of nights reserved.
50% refund up to 30 days prior to reservation. No refund within 29 days of reservation.
